CBT sessions usually last about an hour and most people have anything from 5 to 20 sessions.
Most sessions are weekly, but towards the end some people choose to spread out the sessions to see how they get on without the support of weekly sessions.
The cost will depend on individual circumstances but range from about £50 to £100 per hour/session. Please get in touch to confirm.
Student discount is available - please get in touch.
We have the option of remote sessions, usually via video platforms such as Zoom or you can come for face-face sessions at clinics based in Prestwich, Fallowfield or Bolton.
